I had trouble installing a new version of Kaspersky Total Security with a "failed" message telling me that i hadn't installed Vista Service Pack 1. While I am very hesitant to try to fix things myself on the computer, your instructions made it feel safe to do this. I am going to go back through steps when I get home tonight maybe I left one out.
